Returns

Muche & Muchette will be happy to accept returns of items purchased on muche-et-muchette.com

We hope you love your new purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return purchased merchandise, post-marked within 15 days from the date received for a full refund of the merchandise only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed on the form of payment used for the original transaction.

Any Muche et Muchette merchandise returned to us must be in new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with all original tags attached and in original polybag. All returns must be accompanied by the completed return form included with the original shipment. Please select the "Reason Code for Return" from the list on the right of your return form and write the number in the "Return Code" column next to each item. You may use any shipping carrier you choose (UPS, FedEx, etc.), but we recommend that you use a carrier that provides tracking of your shipment, as we are not responsible for any lost return packages. Once your package is received please allow 8-10 business days for your return to be processed. You will be emailed a notification once your return is received.

If you miss the 15-day return, you will still have the option to return items for a store credit up to 30 days from original shipment. Any return without the completed return form will not be accepted, and a refund or store credit will not be able to be processed. Please mail all returns to Muche et Muchette - Attn: Returns
